Preview
Select Preview to view your selected view prior to printing.
Using the Preview toolbar
The buttons of the toolbar allow you to perform the following actions:

Customize Opens a Print Options dialog where you can select how the view is re-sized when being printed. |

Print Opens a Print dialog where you can set your preferences. |
|
Quick Print Prints the active view immediately. |
|
Page Setup Opens the Page Setup dialog, see Setup. |
|
Header and Footer Opens a dialog where you can specify a header and a footer. |
|
Scale Opens a dialogue where you can set the scaling of the chart in the view. |
|
Hand Tool Opens the Hand tool. To deactivate the tool, click the icon again. |
|
Magnifier Opens the magnifier. Click anywhere in the chart to zoom in at 110%. |
|
Zoom Out Click to zoom out. Each click will zoom out 5%. |
|
Zoom In Click to zoom in. Each click will zoom in 10%. |

Color Opens a dialog where you can select a color to use as a background color. |

Watermark Opens a dialog where you can add either a Text Watermark or a Picture Watermark. |

Export Document Opens a dialog. From the Image drop-down list select the format to export the view, then specify the resolution, the export mode and page border color. Upon clicking OK, the file explorer opens to select a location to save the file to. As an alternative you can also first select a format from the drop-down list next to the icon, which will then open an Export Options dialog. Upon clicking OK, the file explorer opens to select a location to save the file to |

Send Via E-mail Opens a dialog. From the Image drop-down list select the format to export the view, then specify the resolution, the export mode and page border color. Upon clicking OK, the file explorer opens to select a location to save the file to. As an alternative you can also first select a format from the drop-down list next to the icon, which will then open an Export Options dialog. Upon clicking OK, the file explorer opens to select a location to save the file to. Then your email application is opened, with a new email and the saved file preselected as an attachment. |
