Tool Face Optimization

This tool allows field engineers to optimize the tool face of the LWD tool when doing sampling.

Depth will be defined for the Source depth of the Operating envelope workflow

In the Tool Face Optimization form, depletion is defined and the (Re)Calculate button is enabled. Click the Show button to depict the behavior of the BHFP and CDD around half of the wellbore as well as the borehole axis view.

Red zones of the borehole axis represent more risk or zones that should be avoided. These zones in the crossplot are represented by: in the BHFP area above the pore pressure and in the CDD area below the CDD limit.
