Show View Options (PMW)
Options selected on the Show View Options form are used to determine what output is generated when you run the Predict Mud Weight algorithm. Some options may be unavailable (greyed out). The options that can be selected depend on features used and options selected in other forms.
Logs
The logs options allow you to select the type of data that is displayed in the Well View.
Potential Bounds Adds logs for the alternate bounds (Fracture Grow, Fracture Initiation, and Fracture Link-up) to the main track in the view.
Stress Model Displays min and max horizontal stresses, overburden stress, and final pore pressure EMW logs in the same track as the calibration and mud weight data.
Input logs (Rock) Adds an additional track to the view with the UCS, Internal Friction Coefficient, and Static Poisson’s Ratio displayed.
Well geometry + Stress Azimuth Adds an additional track to the view with azimuth and inclination data displayed.
Well Events Adds an additional track with well events data, if applicable.
Selected Failure Criterions output Allow showing the selected failure criteria breakout width curves in one single track. Not always applicable.
Views
3D Displays a 3D view of the well from the selected perspective.
2D Displays a 2D view of the well from the selected perspective.
Log to display (Available only when you select the 3D or 2D view options) Use to select one of the boundary logs to display in the view.
Color set range (Available only when you select the 3D or 2D view options) Values can be provided to narrow or widen the defined range.
- After making your selection, click Show to create the selected views.
- Click OK to close the form.
