Subscriptions

On the Subscriptions form (home > Solution > DMS), you can add the solutions or folders for which you want to receive a notification. If a user has subscribed to a solution or folder containing multiple solutions, they will receive a notification via email if a change is made in the solution, or in any of the solutions contained in the folder. You can manage all the objects updates from your subscribed solutions using the Object Updates form.

The form consists of a table with the list of Subscribed Folders and Solutions. The two columns in the table show name of the subscription and owner of the solution(s) or folder.

Add folder or solution Click on the icon to open the folder or solution selection dialog. Select a folder or a solution on the dialog and click OK to confirm. You will receive a notification for the solutions or the solutions that are saved in the folder.

Delete subscription Select the subscription and click on the delete icon to remove the subscription from the list.

User Settings  Here you can change your email address or Skype for business address. Defaults are retrieved from active directory.

Click OK at the bottom of the form to save your settings and close the form.
