2D grids

A 2D grid is a 2D representation of a 3D surface, such as a geological horizon (conformable, unconformable or intrusive), or a fault. 2D grids can also be used to represent trends in property distribution.

For many of the human-readable 2D grid file types that follow, an example is provided of the required file format to help you identify the type of a file to load.
