About fault modeling

The workflow to create a fault model is defined in the Faults strip (model > Faults). In fault modeling, the connectivity between faults, the fault intersections, is solved through automated processing steps. If needed, various (3D graphical) editing tools are also available to further enhance the fault geometry.

You create the model in the Fault Modeling section of the Faults strip, and use the various tools on the strip to refine your fault model as necessary.

The model strip contains all the workflows to build your reservoir model, presented to you in a logical order. After creating the fault model(s), you can continue with the next sub-strip and create a structural model
