Fault tools

The Tools section on the Model > Faults strip provides functionality to QC and edit the tri-meshes you generated during the fault modeling process. The fault tools allow you to make adjustments to your fault model if, for example, fault intersections are not fully resolved and some manual editing is required. With the tools, you can apply extension and retraction locally to individual faults if necessary and test your model for the existence of folded or flat triangles, for faulted unconformities, intersection quality and internal boundaries.

You can also edit the surfaces in your fault model using the graphical editing tools (Tools > Editing Tools) - see Editing Tools. The tools here will modify the output of your fault modeling workflow. Reassigning the same input to the fault model will overwrite your edits.
