Build Deck

Building the simulation deck is the last step of the Abaqus workflow. The build Build Deck form (simulate > Abaqus > Build Deck) is used both for validation of all the required input data for simulation and to generate the input deck.

  1. At the top of the form, select the Abaqus case of interest.

Build Options

Delete all previous simulation output files  If you select this option all previous simulation output files in the cases folder on disk are removed during the build process.
