To show or hide auxiliary information for an object in a 3D View or 2D view, either use the checkbox of the data in the JewelExplorer (all auxiliary data is stored in an Auxiliary Data folder under the object it belongs to), or use the Auxiliary Data > Show option in the context menu of the object. To show or hide auxiliary information for a wellbore in the Well View, use the context menu in the auxiliary information track.
When you import files, they are treated in the solution as links. The locations of these links can be anywhere on local or shared drives, but to help with project maintenance and archiving it is recommended that you use the dedicated 'AuxiliaryData' subfolder that resides in the solution location. Inside the 'AuxiliaryData' folder there is a subfolder for each solution, using the naming convention <solution name>_<solution Unique ID>. Inside this folder you will find all imported documents. Since auxiliary information files are added only as links, it will not be possible to access it on another PC where the corresponding solution will be loaded, if these files are not shared as well. If this is the case, you will be prompted with a dialog where you select to either browse to the file location manually to relink, or remove the link.
