About JewelSuite Data Management Solution (DMS)

JewelSuite Data Management Solution (DMS) is a shared, auditable environment for storing and managing data and projects. It provides a centralized source of truth for teams working across assets and disciplines, with user-level permissions to control who can access data and which actions they can perform.

Why use DMS

With DMS, all data and JewelSuite 2026.1 Subsurface Modeling projects are centralized in one auditable environment, providing a single source of truth. As opposed to working in a single solution, DMS enables worldwide collaboration between teams from different assets and disciplines and allows for sharing data at all stages of the project, i.e. input data, intermediate results and final modeling results.

DMS can store all your JewelSuite domain objects (e.g. wells, logs, surfaces, seismic data, etc.), models and model interpretations. DMS has full version control, which means you can always revert to previous versions of an object or model. Being able to track changes of all domain objects and models enables you to work closely with project teams and provides you with an overview of the decision-making process.
